Securidigm respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website does and does not collect, and how we handle information you choose to send us. It applies to this website only, not to services delivered under a separate written engagement agreement.
This is a static website. It does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics. When you submit the contact / intake form, the details you enter are transmitted to us by our hosting provider, Netlify, which notifies us by email and retains a copy of the submission in our hosting account. We use what you send only as described below.
If you contact us — through the form, by email, or otherwise — we receive the information you choose to include (such as your name, firm, role, and message). We use it only to respond to you and to discuss potential services. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with service providers or professional advisers as reasonably necessary to respond to you, or where required by law.
The site is hosted on Netlify, which serves these pages and processes contact-form submissions on our behalf; like any host, Netlify receives standard technical information (such as your IP address) when you visit. The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive standard technical information to deliver them. See Netlify's and Google's privacy policies for details. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of third parties.
This policy covers the website itself, which uses no AI. Services delivered under a separate engagement may use AI tools (Anthropic's Claude) to prepare draft documents for the advisor's review; how the information you provide during an engagement is handled is set out in your engagement agreement and summarized in our Client Data Handling Statement, not this website policy.
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you or as required for our records, and we take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us by emailing michael@securidigm.com. We will act on such requests for correspondence and form submissions in our own possession. Note that a copy of form submissions is also held by our hosting provider (Netlify) and is subject to its own retention practices, which we do not independently control.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
