Securidigm Evaluation Terms

Version 1.1. This is the permanent copy of version 1.1. The current version is always at /evaluation-terms/.

You accept these terms when you first open your personal evaluation link. See also the Securidigm Terms and the privacy notice.

1.

Agreement. These terms are between Securidigm, LLC and the organization named with your evaluation link ("you"). By accepting, you confirm your authority to accept for that organization. The Securidigm Terms (Securidigm Terms) also apply as stated in their section 15.

2.

License. Securidigm grants you a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the evaluation copy until the end date shown, only to decide whether to buy, by you and employees or contractors working solely for your organization.

3.

Not for real use. Do not use the evaluation copy or anything it produces as an operational or security record, for any regulatory, compliance, audit or inspection purpose, or in anything given to the U.S. Coast Guard, TSA or an auditor. Documents are marked "EVALUATION COPY — [ORGANIZATION] — NOT FOR OPERATIONAL USE".

4.

No sensitive information. What you type stays in your browser and in files you choose to save; it isn't sent to Securidigm. Even so, do not enter SSI, classified information, passwords, vulnerability details or real security-plan content.

5.

Restrictions. Do not share your link outside your organization, copy, resell, publish or reverse engineer the evaluation copy, extract its content, or remove its markings. You are responsible for use of your link.

6.

Ending. Access ends on the end date. Securidigm may end it earlier by email if these terms are breached, a security or legal concern arises, or evaluations are paused, with no liability for doing so. There is no obligation to buy or to sell.

7.

Saved workspaces. You may keep workspaces you save; they open in the purchased App. Output must be reviewed and regenerated in the purchased App before any operational use.

8.

No advice or endorsement. The evaluation copy doesn't determine compliance and isn't legal advice. Securidigm is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

9.

As is. The evaluation copy is provided as is, without warranty except as the law requires. Securidigm's liability relating to the evaluation is limited to US $100.

10.

Records. Securidigm records when your link is issued, used and ends, and your acceptance details (name, organization, email, time, terms version, IP address, browser), as described in the privacy notice.

11.

Public entities. Your acceptance binds a public entity only as far as you are authorized and procurement law allows.

12.

Feedback and contact. Securidigm may use feedback without owing you anything. Questions: michael@securidigm.com.
