Letter of intent — not binding
Intent. Company intends to consider buying a license to Securidigm Harbor when it is released (target: March 1, 2027; the date may change).
Founding-customer pricing. If Securidigm gives Company a written founding-customer quote that says it applies to this letter, the one-time price (including 12 months of updates and support) and the yearly price of the optional Update Service stated in that quote become Company's founding-customer pricing when Company accepts or acknowledges the quote in writing. If Company buys within 60 days after Securidigm tells it in writing that the App is available, Securidigm will honor that pricing under section 7 of its Terms (version 1.2, /terms/), including the conditions under which the locked renewal price ends. Taxes are extra.
Nothing else is binding. Apart from paragraph 2, this letter records present interest only. It is not a contract, purchase order, promise to buy or sell, guarantee of availability, or commitment of funds, and creates no obligation for either party. No payment is due. A purchase happens only through a later order under Securidigm's Terms or a signed agreement. Either party may withdraw at any time by email. The signer does not need purchasing authority.
Acknowledgments. Company understands that Securidigm Harbor is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Coast Guard or any government agency, does not guarantee compliance, and does not provide legal advice.
Please include no details of your security plan, systems or vulnerabilities.
